摘要
钡锶垢是油气田开发中常见的水垢,其结垢速度快,易堵塞集输管道和设备,严重影响油气集输系统的安全运行。为解决集输管道中钡锶结垢堵塞的问题,在试验研究的基础上设计了一种钡锶定点结垢器。该定点结垢器利用钡锶离子与硫酸根离子快速反应结垢的化学原理,通过改变水体的化学热力学条件,创造钡锶垢的定点析出沉降环境,诱导水体中的结垢离子在指定地点析出结垢,以保护集输管道和设备。现场应用结果表明,采用定点结垢技术后,采出液中的钡锶离子形成钡锶垢在指定结垢板上的析出率为100%。
Barium/strontium sulfates scale are common incrustation in oil and gas development with great scaling speed, making the pipeline and equipment are prone to plugging, which seriously affect the operation safety of oil and gas gathering and transporting system. To address the plugging problems caused by barium/strontium sulfates scale, a scaling device is designed based on the experimental study. By adopting the chemical principle of barium/strontium ions and sulfate ions' rapid reaction, the water chemical thermodynamic conditions are changed to create precipitation and settling environment for barium/strontium sulfates scale, thus inducing the barium/ strontium sulfates scaling at designated locations to protect the gathering and transportation pipelines and equip- ment. Field application results show that, by adopting the designated-point scaling technique, the precipitation rate of barium/strontium sulfates scale formed by barium and strontium ions in produced fluid is 100%.
