摘要
注蒸汽开采稠油是近二十年来发展的稠油开采有效的方法。随着高温蒸汽的注入,地层中将会发生一系列的物理化学变化,其中蒸汽凝结相与地层水混合可能引起的地层结垢是人们关心的问题之一。而碳酸盐与硫酸盐的结垢最为严重。本文用理论计算的方法讨论了辽河、新疆、河南三个稠油油田注入蒸汽的凝结水与地层水混合后可能发生的结垢,并对计算方法进行了实验验证。讨论了混合比及温度和压力的影响。
A series of physico-chemical changes in the oil reservoir is accompanied with high tem- perature steam injection.The scale occurence after mixing of steam condensates with formation waters is one of great importance.Carbonate and sulfate scaling is the most serious.The ways of predicting the tendency of waters to deposit calcium carbonate and sulfate through determining stabilization indexes(SI)of the carbonate and solubilities(S)of the sulfate are introduced.For three heavy oil fields in Liaohe,Xinjiang,and Nanyang the tendency of the mixtures of injected steam condensates with formation waters in different ratios to form calcium carbonate and sulfate scale is predicted theoretically.The predicted results coincide well with determinations by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
