摘要
医药行业是国家环保重点监管行业,抗生素菌渣由于处理不易且容易对环境造成破坏成为医药企业废渣处理过程中的难题。本文作者介绍了所在企业采用厌氧消化技术处理抗生素菌渣项目中的自动化控制系统设计,阐述了在该项目中自动化控制系统的设计原则和注意事项,总结了自动化系统的应用在该项目中的关键作用以及项目在环保与企业发展过程中的重要价值,对于医药行业类似项目自动化系统的设计和实施有一定的指导意义。
Pharmaceutical industry is one of the fields which the government pays much attention on for environmental protec-tion. During the pollution dealing process, antibiotic bacteria waste is more or less the hardest one to deal with. In this article, the au-thor described the automatic control system in an antibiotic bacteria waste dealing project in her company and summarized the de-sign principle and matters need attention in this project. She pointed out the main value of using the automation control system in pharmaceutical companies during waste dealing process and could provide some guidance to similar projects.
