综合阐述了炼油装置与化工装置工程设计差别、产生的根源,及减小差别的建议办法,阐述了与国际接轨对减少差别的重要性。国内标准与国际接轨对工程设计的统一至关重要。
The engineering deviations between refinery units and chemical units, how to happen and how to reduce the deviations are described. It is important to reduce the engineering deviations and the identical of engineering design via equal application of international standards.
