摘要
约翰·亨利希·维希昂与汉斯·替尔斯对社会工作发展都做出了重要探索,但他们的思想都受到所处社会制度和文化的深刻影响。二人思想有一脉相承之处,但也有区别。本文对维希昂和替尔斯的社会工作思想进行了辨析,并提出在社会工作的本土化过程中,理论引入应跳出"借鉴"和"局限"的两分法,而遵循"共性"与"特殊性"相结合的分析视角和方法论。
Johann Hinrich Wichern and Hanr Thiersch have done many important research to social work thought,but their ideas are deeply affected by the social system and culture.Though two ideas come down in one continuous line,there are differences.In this paper,Hinrich Wichern and Hanr Thiersch's social work thought is distinguished and analysed,then comes the conclusion that in the localization process of social work,the theory introduction should escape from the dichotomy of 'reference' and 'limitations',but follow the analysis perspective and methodology which combine 'common' with 'particularity'.
