摘要
以三七超微粉为例,探讨中药超微粉的均匀性,考察色泽均匀度、显微形态、未破壁细胞数、含水量、粒度、破壁率和含量均匀度7个指标,综合分析、评价中药超微粉的均匀性。结果表明:三七超微粉体的色泽均匀一致,显微形态类似,偶见未破壁细胞,含水量、粒度趋于稳定一致,破壁率接近100%,含量的均匀性良好;气流粉碎方法所得的三七超微粉的均匀性良好。
Taking the superfine powders of Panax notoginseng as examples, the uniformity of the traditional Chinese medicine superfine powders was studied. The 7 indexes, such as color uniformity, micromorphology, unbroken cell number, water content, particle size, broken rate and content uniformity, were investigated. The uniformity of the traditional Chinese medicine superfine powders was analyze and evaluated. The results show that the Panax notoginseng superfine powders sampled at different time points have uniform color and similar micro morphology. The unbroken cells can be seen occasionally. The water content and particle size tend to be stable and consistent. The broken rate is close to 100%. The content uniformity is fine. The Panax notoginseng superfine powders prepared by air-smashing have good uniformity.
