摘要
用高效液相色谱法同时测定生脉注射液中人参皂甙Ｒｇ１和Ｒｅ含量。用十八烷基硅烷键合相柱，检测波长２０３ｎｍ，流动相为乙腈－０．０５％磷酸溶液（１８：８２）。人参皂甙Ｒｇ１回收率为９９．０１％，ＲＳＤ＝１．５８％：人参皂甙Ｒｅ回收率为９９．３０％，ＲＳＤ＝１．３０％。并对萃取方法进行了探讨。
In this paper we sueccssfully estabalished a HPLC method for the separation of Ginsenosides Rg1 and Re in sheng mai injection and quantitatively determinated Ginsenosides Rg1 and Re.The HLPC conditions were Inertsil ODS -2 column,CH3CN:0.05%H3PO4(18:82)as mobile phase,detection at 203 nm.The method was accurate,precise,sensitive and had a very Rood separatioin.
