摘要
本文基于P-S-R(pressure-state-response)模型构建乌鲁木齐市生态城市建设评价指标体系,各指标权重通过变异系数法来确定,分别对压力层、状态层、响应层、及其三者与城市生态建设综合指数之间的关系进行测度评价和分析,以此来研究乌鲁木齐市生态城市建设状况,进而对乌鲁木齐在未来发展过程中的生态城市建设提出与之相关的对策建议。研究结果表明,2008-2012年乌鲁木齐生态城市建设状况得到明显改善,其中,系统状态对生态建设综合指数影响最大;对系统压力影响最大的是资源环境压力,系统状态的变动取决于生态环境状态和经济状态的变化,引起系统响应变化的主要原因是产业结构调整和经济潜力。
On the basis of previous research results, this paper focuses on P-S-R model constructing evaluation index system of ecological city construction in Urumqi. This paper uses the variation coefficient method to determine the index weight, and to response stress layer, state layer, respective layer, and the three with the urban ecological construction comprehensive index to measure the relationship. To study ecological urban construction of Urumqi, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the future development process of ecological city construction in Urumqi. The results show that the ecological urban construction state is obviously improved in 2008--2012 of Urumqi and the system state had the greatest influence on ecological construction comprehensive index; the greatest influence on the system pressure is resource environment pressure ; the state of the system depends on the change of the ecological environment status and economic status. The adjustment of industrial structure and economic potential is the main reason of the change of the system response.
