摘要
文章以城市生态系统综合指数为目标层,以经济、社会和自然生态系统指数为准则层,建立了描述城市生态子系统发展状态的领域层,进一步建立了描述城市生态系统发展状态的指标层评价体系,介绍了指标层的标准化处理方法以及领域层、准则层和目标层的计算方法,并对河南省2002~2006年的生态城市建设进行了时空计算和分析。研究认为:从时间分布特点来看,河南省生态城市建设具有稳定性和波动性相结合的特点。稳定性表现在较高水平、一般水平和低水平三个层次,波动性表现在生态城市类型的波动和生态综合指数的变化。从空间分布特点来看,豫中区生态城市发展相对较好,豫北区和豫西区居中,而豫南区、豫东区相对较差。从2006年的生态城市建设情况来看,河南省17个城市属于5种不同类型的生态城市,其中仅有郑州生态化程度较高,濮阳等8个城市生态化程度一般,安阳等5个城市生态化程度较低,信阳等2个城市生态化程度低,商丘生态化程度很差。
The paper established evaluation system about the object-oriented level based on overall index of urban ecosystem, criterion level based on ecosystem index of city economy, society and nature, territory level of description about ecological subsystem of the city, index level of description about state of development of urban ecosystem. On the basis of this, treatment method of index level and calculation of the other three levels were introduced. The ecocities construction of Henan from 2002-2006 were calculated and analyzed. From temporal distribution, the ecocities of Henan had stable and fluctuant characteristics. Stable characteristics included high level, common level and low level, while fluctuant characteristics included the change of the ecocities type and ecological synthesis index. From spatial distribution, the ecocities of mid Henan is good, the ecocities of north and west Henan is centered, and the ecocities of south and east Henan is bad comparatively. From 2006, it showed that 17 cities of Henan were divided into 5 different ecocities. The only city Zhengzhou, the eight cities such as Puyang, the five cities such as Anyang, the two cities such as Xinyang, the only city Shangqiu belonged to the good city, the common cities, the low cities, the worse cities, the worst cities in ecological degree respectively.
