摘要
针对当前城市地下管线管理混乱的问题 ,探讨了利用地理信息系统实现城市地下管线有效管理的方法 ,建立了适用于城市地下管线管理的图形数据库及属性数据库模型 ,并对系统具有的功能作了较详尽的分析 ;介绍了桌面地图信息系统MapInfo软件的特点 ,并提出了利用该软件实现城市地下管线管理的方法与技术。
In view of the disordered management status of urban underground pipe, an efficient approach to managing urban underground pipe by Geographical Information System is discussed. The system of graphics database and attribution database model which being suitable for the management of urban underground pipe are founded and the corresponding functions of this system is analysed. The characteristics of software of MapInfo is introduced. The method and technique of managing urban underground pipe by this software is presented as well.
