摘要
本文利用地理信息系统、地形三维可视化建模、城市雨洪预测预报模型等技术,选择城市典型小区作为研究区域,对城市雨洪形成及预测预报进行了技术探讨和研究。将地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)技术的空间数据管理、空间分析和三维可视化应用到城市雨洪预测预报中,为城市雨洪形成原因、预测预报、城市雨洪防治提供决策依据和技术平台。
Using technology of GIS,terrain 3D visualization,urban flood forecasting models,the typical urban flood region was selected as the researching area and the reasons of urban flood and urban flood forecasting were analyzed and discussed in this paper.Based on spatial data management,spatial analysis and terrain 3D visualization,urban flood forecasting model was finally established.With this urban flood forecasting model,the reasons anlysis,process and forecasting of urban flood were carried out,which could provide scientific evidence and technical platform for urban flooding prevention.
