摘要
目的了解桐乡市接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群的社会人口学特征和艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况,为相关部门制定艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法对2008年1月-2013年12月主动到桐乡市各VCT门诊进行咨询的9 593名咨询者进行免费而保密的检测,收集其社会人口学特征、危险行为及HIV抗体检测结果等临床资料。结果 9 593名求询者中,男4 645名,女4 948名,以已婚(7091名)、初中文化(5 292名)、第一次检测HIV抗体(8 478名)为主。9 559名(99.65%)求询者同意进行HIV抗体检测,其中阳性42例(0.44%)。101例男男性行为人群(MSM)中发现阳性15例,且高中及以上文化占53.33%。结论艾滋病VCT者中,应加强文化程度较高的MSM人群的艾滋病健康教育,促使知信行改变,在性行为时100%使用安全套,加强针对大众人群的行为干预。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the population people who receive HIV voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） socio-demographic characteristics of the population and the AIDS virus （HIV） infection in Tongxiang and to provide the basis for the development of measures. Methods Free counseling and testing were carried out for 9 593 people active to the VCT clinic and socio-demographic characteristics, risk behavior information, and so on were collected for the city from the year 2008 to 2013, whether to accept the HIV antibody test was up to the consultant. Results Most of the 9 593 consultants were married, junior high school graduates（5 292）, males（4 645 ）, females （4 948 ）, the first time to detect HIV antibody test. 99. 65% of those who seeks consultation voluntary HIV antibody testing, including 42 cases of positive detection rate of 0.44%. Fifteen was found positive infected from 101 cases of men who have sex with men （MSM） , and the high school and higher education accounted for 53. 33%. Conclusion AIDS health education should be widely carried out for a higher educational level and other groups of MSM , prompting them to change the knowledge, attitude, practice and to be 100% when using a condom during sex and strengthening against the general population of behavioral interventions.
