摘要
我国正在流通的第五套人民币,在发行时其防伪技术比较先进,但随着现代科技的发展,伪造货币的技术也更新换代,相对来说人民币公众防伪质量在逐渐下降。目前人民币的公众防伪质量到底如何?以第五套2005年版100元人民币为例,建立评价指标体系,以模糊综合的评价方法,对人民币的公众防伪质量进行数学评估,得出当前人民币公众防伪质量较差的结论,为加强我国人民币流通管理工作提供一定参考。
The anti-counterfeiting technology of the fifth series RMB in circulation was advanced when issued. However, with the development of modern science and technology, the counterfeit currency technology is also upgrading, relatively the quality of RMB public security is declining gradually. Now how is the quality of RMB public security？ The paper established the evaluation index system based on 100 Yuan of fifth series RMB in 2005, evaluated the quality of RMB public security using fuzzy com-prehensive evaluation method, and concluded that the public security features of RMB is out-of-date. It just provides a reference for the management of the RMB circulation.
