摘要
目的:对琥珀酸美托洛尔进行合成,并对合成方法进行分析。方法:本文以对甲氧基乙基苯酚为起始物料,与环氧氯丙烷进行酚醚化反应得到3-[4-(2-甲氧基乙基苯氧基)]-1,2-环氧丙烷,与异丙胺进行氨化反应得到美托洛尔,再与琥珀酸在有机溶剂中成盐即可制得琥珀酸美托洛尔。结果:所得琥珀酸美托洛尔纯度在99%以上,总收率约55%。结论:本方法操作简便,条件温和,环保高效,所得产品纯度高、收率高,适合工业化绿色生产。
Objective:To synthesize metoprolol succinate,and analyze the synthesize method.Method:Metoprolol succinate was synthesized from the 4-(2-methoxyethyl)phenol,etherification reaction of phenol with epichlorohydrin to 3-[4-(2-methoxy ethyl phenoxy)]-1,2-propylene oxide,ammonification reaction with isopropyl amine to metoprolol,and then reaction with succinic acid salt could be obtained by organic solvent.Result:The obtained Metoprolol succinate purity was over 99%,total yield was about 55%.Conclusion:This method is simple operation,mild conditions,environmental protection and efficient,the product of high purity,high yield,suitable for industrialization of green production.
