摘要 热激蛋白是生物体遭受胁迫时的一类保护性蛋白,HSP70家族作为抗胁迫的主要分子伴侣之一,目前研究的最为深入.综述了植物HSP70的类型与分布、结构、功能及其编码基因的特征与表达调控等方面的研究进展,为提高植物的耐受性、植物病虫害的防治和植物转基因等方面提供一定的基础知识. Heat shock protein is a kind of protein to protect the organisms under stress,it was studied widely and deeply on the HSP70 family,which were one of the main chaperones.The classification,distribution,structure,function of HSP70 in plant,the genetic characteristics and the control of gene expression were reviewed in this paper.It could provid some basis knowledge for improving the tolerance of plants,preventing and controlling the plants disease and plant transgenetic technology.
