摘要 分析了钢球在磨机中的磨损机理,研究了冲击、磨剥和腐蚀磨损分量与磨矿工况参数间的关系,引入钢球硬度及耐腐蚀性研究其对钢球磨损规律的影响,建立了钢球磨损规律预测模型。通过5组实验获得不同磨矿工况下的不同粒级钢球磨损数据,采用差分进化算法,辨识预测模型中的未知参数。最后通过两组扩大连续磨矿实验验证预测模型的准确性。验证实验结果表明,所建模型能在一定范围内预测磨机中不同粒径钢球的变化情况,指导磨矿过程的合理补球,维持磨机中钢球装球率稳定。 Effects of different grinding conditions on impact wear, abrasion wear and corrosion wear are systematically studied, and the influence of ball hardness and corrosion resistance of steel balls are considered. And the prediction model for the law of steel ball wear is established on the basis of theories and experiments. Differential evolution is then adopted to identify the parameters of the prediction model based on the ball wear data which are obtained by five different experiments in different conditions of grinding. Finally, the model is validated to be satisfactory with trial data. The variation of steel ball diameters can be simulated and predicted effectively, and the prediction model can be also used as a calculation basis in adding steel balls reasonably into the ball mill.
