摘要
双进双出球磨机的性能与其结构和物料性质之间的关系十分复杂,很难用一般的理论公式、经验公式或者回归分析的方法得到。利用BP人工神经网络建立了磨煤机磨煤功率和出力的数学模型,对双进双出磨煤机的工作参数进行了计算。计算结果表明,该模型达到了较好的精度。
The relationship among performance of coal pulverizer with double inlet and double outlet, as well as its structure and material's property was extremly complex, it is difficult to be obtained by using general theoritical formula, empiric formula, or regression analysis method. A mathematic model between the pulverizing power and the pulverizing output of the coal pulverizer has been established by using BP artificial neural network, and the operating parameters of a coal pulverizer with double inlet and double outlet being calculated. The results of calculation show that the said model has reached to a comparatively satisfactory precision.
