摘要
为了推进公路工程标准化建设和地方标准的制修订,有效地促进地方标准体系的动态管理,通过大量的调研数据,对公路工程技术标准在地方的适用性进行统计分析,采用K-means聚类算法对地方标准进行规划分析,确定了地方标准修编序列。结果表明,聚类分析法对地方规划具有较好的适用性和准确度,为地方标准体系构建提供了新思路。
In order to construct the system of highway engineering standards and revise local standards, and effectively promote the dynamic management of local standard system, through the investigation of a large amount of data, this paper analyzes the suitability of technology standards for highway engineering at the local, uses K-means clustering algorithm to plan and analyze the local standards, determines the sequence of local standards revision. The results show that the method has good suitability and accuracy for local planning, which puts out a new way of constructing the standard system.
