摘要
为了完善公路工程技术标准,提高对地方公路建设的指导作用,以某地区为例,通过对基础勘测类、交通工程类、路线设计类、环境保护类、交通安全类等标准的大量问卷调查,从调查的数据分析出国家公路工程技术标准在该地区的适用性,针对不适应的内容与标准,采用相对熵理论进行分析,得到了该地区地方标准拟修编问题权重值,根据权重大小的特征,最终由四象限原则确定了该地区地方标准规划序列图,进而为地方标准的规划提供了一种新的研究思路。
In order to perfect the national technical standards for highway engineering, and improve its guidance on local highway construction, through a large number of questionnaire surveys for foundation exploration, traffic engineering, route design, environmental protection and traffic safety, this paper takes one region as an example, analyzes the suitability of technology standards for highway engineering at this area. Aiming at the standards which are not adaptive, uses relative entropy theory to ensure the revision weight of local standards, and according to the features of the revision weight, uses the principle of four quadrant to get planning order of local standards. It puts forward a new idea for the planning of local stan- dards.
