摘要
由于焊接部位受不均匀的加热及冷却,产生不同程度的应力和变形,它影响着马铃薯收获机的制造质量和使用性能,焊接结构破坏事故许多是由焊接应力和变形所引起。为了提高马铃薯收获机的制造质量和使用性能,简化焊条电弧焊焊接的实验过程,本文运用Simufact-Welding软件对马铃薯收获机中T形平角焊接进行仿真,对比分析了焊件完全约束和不完全约束两种方法下用焊条电弧焊焊接时焊件的温度、变形和应力。结果表明:该仿真过程中,其他参数相同的情况下,不同的焊件装夹方法得到不同结果的焊接温度、变形和应力。在焊接过程中和焊接结束后,焊件完全约束方法下焊缝处的平均主应力比焊件不完全约束方法下焊缝处的平均主应力普遍显著;焊接过程中,前者方法下收弧时的最高温度比后者方法下收弧时的最高温度值小,前者方法焊缝处的合变形比后者方法焊缝处的合变形小。
Because the welding areas are affected by the non-uniform heated and the uneven cooling and it leaded to varying degree stress and deformation, which affect the manufacturing quality and the using performance of potato harvester, many welding structure damage accidents were caused by the welding stress and deformation. In order to improve the manufacturing quality and the using performance of potato harvester and simplify welding experiment process of the welding rod arc welding, the T- shaped flat fillet weld simulation of the potato harvester was carried out by Simufact-Welding software in this study, the temperature, deformation and stress of the weldment under holonomic constraint and nonholonomic constraint method were studied by comparative analysis. The simulation results showed that different fixture methods of weldment had different welding temperatures, deformations and stresses when the other parameters were the same. The average principal stress of welding seam under weldment holonomic constraint method was more significant than that under weldment nonholonomic constraint method during the welding process and the welding ends; during the welding process, the highest temperature of arc suppression of the former method was lower than that of the latter method, the total deformation of welding seam of the former method were smaller than that of the latter method.
