摘要
语用策略并不只存在于口语的交际当中,同样可以出现在信函当中。英语商务信函的言语行为同合作原则的数量、质量、方式、关联的准则及策略、赞誉、谦虚、同情、赞同的准则要求相同。在商务信函的来往中,应遵循语用原则指导各种商务信函的写作,通过直接表达的方式展现中肯的信息。
Pragmatic letters. Speech act in strategies do not only exist in oral communication, can also appear in the English business letters has the same requirements with Quantity Maxim, Quality Maxim, Relevance Maxim and Manner Maxim Cooperative Principle, as well as Tact Maxim, Approbation Maxim, Modesty Maxim, Sympathy Maxim and Agreement Maxim. In business letter correspondence, it should follow the pragmatic principles guiding all kinds of business letter writing, showing pertinent information through direct expression.
