摘要
高职院校如何有效地建设、管理专业,提升自身的专业核心竞争力,已成为当今高职院校必须应对的重大课题。为此,高职院校应从人才培养方案设计、课程体系建设、教学团队建设入手,并搞好实习实训基地及教学资源库建设,以社会服务为抓手,建立健全专业标准和专业评价与监测机制,树立品牌,不断创新,走出一条具有活力的可持续发展之路。
How to construct and manage specialties effectively to enhance the core competitiveness of these specialties is an important issue for today's higher vocational colleges. The author thinks that these colleges should start with talent cultivation plan design, curriculum construction and teachers' team construction, and then focus on-the construction of field training and practice bases as well as teaching resource database. They should also establish and optimize specialty standard and specialty evaluation and supervision mechanism with the orientation of social service so as to build their own brand, thus they can innovateconstantly and develop sustainably and vigorously.
