醉鱼草杀螺活性内生真菌LL3026发酵条件优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的优化醉鱼草内生真菌LL3026的发酵条件。方法以杀螺率为考察指标,采用正交试验对醉鱼草内生真菌LL3026发酵培养基及发酵条件进行优化,并对优化结果进行验证。结果初始pH为6,发酵温度为30℃,装液量100 ml(250 ml三角烧瓶),3D-木糖醇为0.5 g/L为最佳发酵条件,该条件下发酵滤液的杀螺活性预测值达95%。经三批次的发酵验证,预测值与试验平均值接近。结论经优化后的醉鱼草内生真菌LL3026具有较好的杀螺活性。 Objective To optimize the fermentation conditions of molluscicidal endophyte LL3026 from Buddleia lindleyana. Method The medium composition and cultivation conditions were optimized by orthogonal and single factor experiments. Re-sults The experiments showed that the conditions of initial pH 3,fermentation temperature 30℃,volume of liquid 100 ml(250 ml Erlenmeyer flask),and 3D-xylitol 0.5 g/L were optimum,and the molluscicidal activity of the fermentation filtrate reached 95%. After three hatches of cultivation,the predicted values were verified by validation experiments. Conclusion Endophyte LL3026 from Buddleia lindleyana has a good molluscicidal activity after the optimization.
