摘要 从土壤中分离出一株编号230放线菌,经鉴定为浅灰链霉菌230.从中分离获得杀钉螺抗生素230,分子量466,分子:C_(23)H_(26)N_4O_3,为吲哚咔唑类共氧杂环化合物。实验室和现场试验证明杀钉螺、杀螺卵效果好、作用快、用量小。对植物无害,对鱼有轻度毒性.并有广谱抗菌活性。该菌发酵周期短,提取工艺简单。 In this paper, a strain of Actinomyces (numbered 230) isolated from the soil was proved to have effective snail-killing activities. The strain was classified as Streptomyces griseolus 230, from which the snail-killing antibiotic 230 was isolated and purified. The molecular weight of the antibiotic 230 has a mass of 446, and its molecular formula is C_(28)H_(26)N_40_3. And it was determined to be indol-carbazole-heteroc-yclic compound.Both in field and in laboratory it was demonstrated that the antibiotic had a strong effect of killing Oncomelania snail and their egg, with characteristics of quick effect and small dose in application. The compound was harmless to plants, and had wide bacteriostasis spectrum and a slight toxicity to fish. The fermentation cycle was short and the extraction process was simple.
