摘要
党的十八大报告提出,要运用法治思维与法治方式深化改革、推动发展、化解矛盾、维护稳定。思想政治教育也要着力提升运用法治思维与法治方式的水平与能力。大学生合法权益保障工作属于大学生日常思想政治教育的范畴。综合育人的发展趋势,要求大学生思想政治教育顺应社会主义法治实践的新进展;法治思维的逐渐确立,要求大学生思想政治教育关注学生合法权益保障的新课题;法治方式的现实运用,要求大学生思想政治教育拓展学生合法权益保障的新路径。大学生思想政治教育的各种主体力量,要接受民主法治与法律实务的专业辅导与职业培训,提高专业化水平。
The report of The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points：We should make full use of rule-by-Law thinking and legal means to deepen the reform, promote the development, resolve the contradictions and maintain the stability. It will effectively improve the level of the rule of Ideological and political education. At the same time, the ideological and political education should improve the level and ability of rule-by-Law thinking and legal means. Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of college students work belongs to the category of daily ideological and political education of College students. The development trend of comprehensive education requires that the College students＇ideological and political education should adapt to the new progress of socialist rule of law. The gradual establishment of rule-by-law thinking requires that the College students＂ ideological and political education should focus on the new task of the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of students. The Application of the rule of law requires that the College students＇ideological and political education should develop the new path of students＇lawful rights and interest protection. The ideological and political education of educators should receive professional guidance and occupation training on democracy and the rule of law and legal practice, so as to improve their professional level.
