摘要
人才在普通院校发展中起到至关重要的作用,各校为了自身的发展采取了引进人才的战略。经过多年的实践,我国普通高等院校的人才引进机制出现了诸多问题,这些问题的存在制约了高等院校的发展,降低了人才的使用率。总结国内外高校人才引进机制经验,指出我国普通高等院校的人才引进机制,必须树立正确的人才观、加强对人才的后续管理,只有这样才能选好人才、用好人才,使人才在高校的发展中发挥出更大的作用。
Talents play a crucial role in the development of ordinary universities. Hence universities are adopting strategies for recruiting talents for the sake of their own development. But, in these years there are many problems in this practice which hinders their development and reduces the efficiency of talents. Based on the experience at home and abroad, the talent recruitment in the ordinary universities must have a correct understanding of talent and im- proves the follow-up management of talents. Only in this way, can great talents be well recruited and usefully em- ployed, playing a greater role in the development of universities.
