高校共青团干部职业发展直接关系到大学生成长与成才。分析当前高校共青团干部职业特征和发展困境;通过提升共青团干部内在职业素养;建立健全共青团干部职业发展外在保障机制是帮助高校共青团干部坚定职业信念,成为大学生思想教育和素质教育骨干力量的必要措施。
