摘要
辅导员作为高校思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分,是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,其职业化关系到大学生思想政治工作的实效性。高校在发展过程中要不断更新观念、重视辅导员队伍建设,努力提高辅导员素质、鼓励辅导员进行相应的学习培训,设立科学管理评价体系以及合理有效的激励机制,使辅导员的职业化逐步由抽象变为具体,从理念走向现实。
Counselors, an important group among the political and ideological workers in colleges and universities, are a key force in conducting political and ideological education of college students. So professionalization of the college counselor will directly influence the effectiveness of political and ideological education in institutions of higher learning. The school should renew its concepts from time to time, lay stress on the construction of the counselor team, try to improve its quality, encourage counselors to go into professional training, and establish a scientific system for management and evaluation and a reasonable and effective incentive mechanism, thereby realizing the actual professionalization of the college counselor.
