摘要
高职院校实训基地可持续发展的条件是真实性、先进性、适应性、效益性、社会性,制约高职实训基地可持续发展的瓶颈有财力投入不足、企业参与积极性不高、师资力量薄弱、管理机制不完善、建设标准与评价体系模糊等,需要通过多元筹措基地建设资金、提高企业参与热情、优化师资队伍素质、完善运行管理机制、规范建设标准与评价体系等措施促进高职院校实训基地的可持续发展。
The conditions for the sustainable development of training base in higher vocational colleges are the authenticity ,advancement ,adaptability ,efficiency and sociality . The bottleneck which restricts the base development is the insufficient financial investment ,the low participation enthusiasm among enterprises ,the weak faculty ,the imperfect administrative mechanism ,the vague construction standard and evaluation system . To enhance the sustainable development of training base in higher vocational colleges ,it is needed to adopt multiple measures ,including raising funds for base construction ,boosting the participation enthusiasm from enterprises ,optimizing the quality of faculty ,perfecting the operating management mechanism ,standardizing construction standard and evaluation system .
