摘要
结合LabVIEW软件和PCI-6221数据采集卡,开发出基于虚拟仪器的电控硅油风扇离合器性能测试系统。该测试系统通过控制变频电机驱动硅油风扇离合器运转,并对其进行分离与耦合特性和转速与转矩特性测试。试验结果表明,该测试系统具有使用方便、界面友好、测试精度稳定等特点。
The test system of electromagnetic controlled silicon oil fan clutch based on virtual instruments was developed by using LabVIEW and PCI-6221 data acquisition device. Variable frequency motor which is controlled by the test system drives silicon oil fan clutch to rotate, separating and coupling character and speed and torque character of silicon oil fan clutch were tested. The experiment results indicate the system has the characteristics of convenient use, nice interface and stable test precision, etc.
