摘要
随着烟草行业竞争愈演愈烈,各卷烟厂对成品烟丝的质量要求也越来越高,如何提高烟丝质量也就成了设备厂家的必修课,这就意味着我们要从机械和电气两个方向对烟草设备进行创新。本文着重从电气方向研究了西门子公司SIMOTION运动控制系统在烟草切丝机中的应用,通过对运动控制概念的理解,利用其快捷动态响应和高精度同步运行的特点,从改善切丝质量的角度阐述了该控制方式与传统控制方式相比所具备的优势。
With the competition more and more drastic in tobacco industry and the higher demands of quality of tobacco pipe, it is a necessity for the equipment factories to improve the quality of tobacco pipe, which means creativity is asked in cigarette equipment from both the perspective of machinery and electric. In this paper, the application of SIMOTION motion control system of Siemens to tobacco cutter mainly studied in electrical direction. Compared to traditional control method, the advantages of this control method have been expounded via the understanding of the concept of motion control, usage characteristics of its rapid motion response and high precise synchronous operation, as well as improvement angle of cut tobacco quality.
