摘要
1Cr17Ni2不锈钢制单项活门在使用过程中发生了漏油。通过宏观形貌观察、金相检查和硬度测试等手段,结合活门的加工及热处理工艺,确定了裂纹的性质和起因。结果表明:活门裂纹的断裂方式为沿晶脆性断裂。调查分析发现,由于活门零件在生产过程中热处理温度选择不当,回火加热温度恰好落在回火脆性区间,形成回火脆性,导致了零件在使用时抗冲击能力大大降低,发生沿晶脆性断裂,出现漏油现象。
The 1Cr17Ni2 non-return valve happened oil leakage in service. Property and cause of the crack were confirmed by macro morphology observation, metallographic examination and hardness-testing, combining machining and heat treatment technology of the valve. The results showed that the fracture mode was intergranular brittle fracture, because the inproper heat treatment temperature of valve during the production was chosen and tempering temperature just located in brittleness interval of tempering to cause temper brittleness, which led to reduce impact resistence and resulted in an intergranular brittle fracture and occurred oil leakage.
