摘要
在压铸模具制造过程中,怎样从流道设计中找到流动平衡的位置是相当重要的,也是相当困难的一部份。在过去,往往需要通过经验来设计达到流动平衡的流道,因此需要经过不断的修模与试模才能找到解决方案,造成产品开发周期长成本过高。利用计算机模流分析软件ProCAST对电机罩的流道设计进行了模流分析,能提前发现产品潜在性缺陷问题,不仅能提升产品质量,使产品开发时间缩短,而且还能达到降低成本的目的。
It is more significant that finding the position of flow balance from the channel design in the die fabrication process, and it is quite difficult part. In the past, the engineer design a balanced flow passage need to through experience frequently, so they need to repair and test the mold many times. There would cause the waste of the time and cost of product development. Through the way of die flow analysis can assist in the flow of the design, short the time and find the potential problems of product easily. It can not only improve the quality of products, but also achieve the purpose of reducing costs.
