摘要
介绍了具有导电性能要求的铝合金导体铸件的低压铸造模具的结构设计,确定了其低压铸造工艺参数。模具结构设计时考虑了分模方法的选择和铸件壁厚的调整,提出了双层浇道的侧注式浇注系统,实现了平稳充型和良好的补缩效果,生产的导体铸件同时满足气密性和导电性的工艺需求。
The design of mould structure of a conductive aluminum alloy castings in low pressure casting was described,and its processing parameters was determined also.Selection of parting face and adjustment of wall-thickness of the castings was taken into account in the mould design.Smooth filling and better feeding effects can be realized by using side-pouring gating system with double layer runner.The produced castings can meet requirements both in air tightness and in conductivity.
