摘要
随着乡村采摘体验游的不断发展,其服务质量问题逐渐显现。服务质量是游客在服务结束后的一种主观评价,影响着游客的推荐意愿和重游意愿。通过对文献指标的归纳整理,结合乡村采摘体验游的特点,本文采用问卷调查与统计分析的方法,建立了一套包含5个维度18个二级指标的乡村采摘体验游服务质量评价指标体系,并对其进行了验证性分析。
With rural picking experience tourism continuous development, the problems of service quality increasingly emerge. The service quality is a subjective evaluation of tourists after tourism, and it affects tourists' recommend willingness and revisiting willingness. Based on the analysis of the rural picking experience tourism and its characteristics, the paper establishes a evaluation index system to service quality of rural picking experience tourism, which includes 5 dimensions and 18 two level indexes, through collating literature indicators, and using questionnaires and statistical analysis method, and carries out confirmatory analysis.
