摘要
发展观光农业是“绿色经济”大背景下的一种自然选择。许多观光农业生态园因为缺乏科学的规划设计和经营管理,造成旅游形象定位模糊,观光性、生态示范作用以及科普教育和农业科技示范性不强。文章提出观光农业生态园规划时应遵循因地制宜、培植精品、效益兼顾的原则,结合实例探讨了具体规划方案,将生态园建成一个“生态农业示范园”、“观光农业旅游园”、“绿色食品生产园”及“科普教育和农业科技示范园”,最终实现生态园生态、经济和社会效益的统一和可持续发展。
It is a natural choice to develop agro-tourism under the great background of ‘green economy’. Many tourism agricultural ecosystem park lacks the scientific planning and designing and management, which results in the faintness of tourism image, poor sightseeing, ecological demonstration function, popular science education and agricultural S&T demonstration. In this paper, it is suggested that the planning and designing of an ecosystem park should follow the principles of adjusting measures to local conditions, cultivating high quality product and giving attention to two or more benefits. The concrete planning strategy was discussed taken a example that the ecosystem park should be constructed as the model of ‘Eco-agriculture demonstration park’, ‘tourism agricultural traveling park’, ‘green food production park’ and ‘popular science education and agricultural S&T demonstration park’. Eventually, it is believed that the ecosystem park will realize the sustainable development and the benefits of ecology, economy and society are unified.
