摘要
课程是实现人才培养目标的重要手段，课程改革是专业改革和建设的基础，是提高教学质量的核心，也是教学改革的重点和难点。陕西交通职业技术学院高等级公路维护与管理专业自2010级全面实施“2＋1”人才培养方案，经过三年的教学实践，发现该人才培养方案与交通行业公路建设与养护单位的工作岗位技能需求之间仍存在一定偏差，而解决人才培养偏差问题的关键是构建项目化课程体系。按照构建项目化课程体系的设计思路，按照项目化要求完成了《路基路面养护技术》课程的整体设计。期望在现有基础上开展项目化课程教学设计与实践研究，解决我院高等级公路维护与管理专业课程教学改革中现存的问题，为行业兄弟院校相关专业的课程建设提供有益的参考。
Since the curriculum is an important means to achieve the goals of talent training, the curriculum reform is the foundation of the specialty reform and construction, the core of improving teaching quality and the fo- cus and difficulty in teaching reform as well. The major of highway maintenance and management has been carried out ＂2 ＋ 1＂ talent training scheme in Shaanxi College of communication and technology since 2010, over three years teaching practice, it is found that there is a certain differences between the talent training scheme and the re- quirements of skills in workplace , therefore establishing the project - based curriculum system is the key to solve the problem. With expecting to solve the existing problem in curriculum teaching reform of the major in highway maintenance and management in our college, and to provide the beneficial reference for the curriculum constructure of related specialities in other colleges, the overall teaching design for the course - pavement maintenance technolo- gy is completed according to design ideas of establishing project based teaching. the project- based curriculum system and requirements of project based teaching.
