摘要
通过比较研究中国内地和香港地区大学生职业生涯教育的差异性,结合就业指导工作经历,借鉴香港地区大学生职业生涯教育体系中的优势,对完善大学生职业生涯教育体系提出初浅建议,以期获得社会及高校师生对职业生涯规划的深层反思,推进大学生职业生涯教育规范化、合理化和科学化。
Through a comparative study on the differences on college students＇ career planning education between China's Mainland and Hong Kong, combined with work experience of employment guidance, learning the advantage of career education from Hong Kong, the paper is to give advice on improving college students＇ career education system, gain a deep reflection about career planning from society and college teachers and students, and promote it to be standardized, rationalized and scientific.
