摘要
随着我国建筑工程规模的不断扩大,施工项目的复杂程度越来越高,这对施工项目的管理提出了更高的要求.然而,现阶段我国建筑工程项目管理却相对滞后,通常不能优质、高效和低耗地完成施工任务,实现项目目标.本文将BIM技术引入项目的施工过程中,通过对施工操作、施工进度、施工成本的分析与优化,以期实现资源的合理利用,减少返工量,降低施工成本,提高工程项目的生产效率,顺利实现项目的目标.
With the expansion of the scale of construction project in China, the construction project is becoming more and more complex, putting forward higher requirements for construction project management. However, at present our country' s construction engineering project management is relatively lagging behind and construction task usually can not be finished with high quality, high efficiency and low consumption; project goals can' t be achieved. This paper introduced the BIM technology into project construction to realize the proper use of resources, to reduce rework and construction cost, to improve the production efficiency of the project, and to achieve project goal by analyzing and optimizing the construction operation, construction schedule and construction cost.
