摘要
随着科学的发展,社会的进步,营养与食品卫生学与多种相关学科之间的交叉和渗透日益明显,这种特点在医学教育中越来越得到重视。以应用作为教学切入点、把握教学中相关学科的交叉点、有意识启发学生拓展学科交叉知识的运用能力,可以提高教学效果和学生综合素质。
The relationship between nutrition and food hygiene and other revent subjects is becoming closer and closer with the development of science, which is important in improving medical education. The teaching effect and students' comprehensive quality can be elevated through making application the teaching entry points, catching the junction point among muhidiscipline, and enhancing students' ability to apply interdisciplinary knowledge.
