摘要
目的:通过医嘱执行流程的闭环管理,使医嘱管理的各个环节形成紧密衔接,提高了医嘱信息的完整性和执行的准确性。方法:通过医院信息系统对医嘱的整个流程从医嘱下达、校对,一直到PDA执行、执行结果进行实时监控及反馈。结果:使医嘱执行过程形成一个闭环链路,形成闭环式医嘱执行流程。结论:通过这个流程对医嘱执行的全过程实现可追溯管理,对提高护理质量有重要意义。
Objective：Through the closed-loop management of the execution process of the doctor＇s advice,each link of the doctor＇s advice management is closely connected,which improves the integrity of information of doctor＇s advice and the accuracy of execution.Method：Through the hospital information system,the whole process of doctor＇s advice,including delivery and proofreading of doctor＇s advice,PDA execution and execution results,is monitored and fed back in real time.Results：The execution process of the doctor＇s advice forms a closed loop link.The closed-loop type execution process of doctor＇s advice is formed.Conclusion：Through the process,the whole process of execution of the doctor＇s advice can be tracked and managed.It has important significance on improving the nursing quality.
