摘要
运用失效模型和效果分析(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis,FMEA)作为移动护理系统质量改进的工具,介绍具体操作方法并提出改进措施,减少移动护理系统故障和错误发生率,保证系统日常使用处于良性状态,促进护理质量和护理信息化水平的提高。
The paper utilizes Failure Modes and Effects Analysis（FMEA） as a tool for mobile nursing system quality improvement,introduces the concrete implementation method and puts forward improving strategies.It could reduce the incidence of faults and errors,ensure the daily healthy functioning,promote the nursing quality and improve the informatization level.
