CXCL10在糖尿病肾病患者外周血中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

Clinical significance of CXCL9 expression in peripheral blood of patients with diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的探讨CXC趋化因子配体10(CXCL10)与2型糖尿病早期肾病(DN)之间的关系,为DN的诊断、治疗及预后提供新的途径。方法选择2型糖尿病及2型糖尿病早期肾病患者各50例,分为2型糖尿病组和2型糖尿病早期肾病组,采用酶联免疫试验(ELISA)测定两组患者的血清CXCL10水平,并分析不同组别CXCL10水平的差异,以及CX-CL10与患者年龄、性别、病程、腰臀比、体质指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、UA、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)等指标之间的关系。结果两组年龄、性别、腰臀比、BMI、FPG、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组病程、UAER、HbAlC及CXCL10水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2型糖尿病早期肾病患者的病程、UAER、HbAlC及CXCL10水平均长于或高于2型糖尿病组。结论趋化因子CXCL10可能参与了DN的发生、发展过程,在DN的发病机制中起重要作用,临床上可作为诊断早期DN及判断DN进展的参考指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between CXCLIO and diabetic nephropathy.Methods Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 50 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were recruited in this study.The serum level of CXCLIO was determined by ELISA.The correlation of serum CXCLIO levels with weight,HbAlC,BMI,TG,TC,HDL-C-C,LDL-C and UAER were analyzed.Results The serum CXCLIO levels in early diabetic nephropathy patients were significantly higher than the type 2 diabetes mellitus patients(P 0.05).The serum CXCLIO levels was significantly correlated with HbAlC and UAER(P0.05).multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that UAER was independently associated with serum CXCLIO level.Conclusion The results indicate that CXCLIO take part in the diabetic nephropathy and may play a certain role in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.CXCLIO can be used d as reference indicator for diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
