摘要
在碱性介质中 ,痕量锇 ( )对 KIO4与偶氮氯膦 - m A的氧化褪色反应有明显的催化作用 ,据此反应建立了催化光度法测定痕量锇的新方法 ,并用改良单纯形法对反应条件进行了优化 .该方法的检测限为 0 .0 0 2 0μg· m L-1 ,锇 ( )含量在 0 .0 0 70~ 0 .0 2 5 0μg· m L-1 范围内服从比尔定律 ,线性回归方程为 ΔA =0 .1 4 2 8+2 7.52 c(μg· m L-1 ) ,相关系数为 R=0 .993 8.此方法已用于贵金属精矿中锇的测定并获得满意结果 .
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of osmium has been established on the basis of the catalytic action of Os (Ⅳ) on the oxidation fading reaction of chlorophosphonazo mA with KIO 4 in the presence of NaOH. The reaction conditions were optimized by a modified simplex method. The method had the limit of detection for osmium of 0.002 0 μg·mL -1 . Beers law was obeyed in the range from 0.007 0 to 0.025 0 μg·mL -1 for Os(Ⅳ). The calibration equation and the correlation coefficient of calibration curve were ΔA = 0 1428 + 27 52 c (μg·mL -1 ) and R = 0.993 8, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of Os (Ⅳ) in refined ore with satisfactory results.
