摘要
天津大剧院屋盖钢桁架最大跨度66.7m,最大悬挑长度33.6m,采用巨型蒙皮抗扭桁架来控制40m×36m开洞部位处长悬臂桁架的扭转.根据结构的受力特点,提出了分六大区逐级卸载的方案,并对实际卸载过程进行了现场监测.采用振弦式表面应变计对T轴、X轴、B1轴、F1轴上的四榀大悬挑桁架以及10轴、11轴的两榀大跨度桁架进行应力监测,并与MIDAS有限元软件的模拟分析结果进行对比,模拟分析理论值与实测数据吻合较好,结构的卸载过程是安全的,并验证了波纹蒙皮桁架的抗扭性能.
The maximum span of the truss in the roof structure of Tianjin Grand Theater is 66.7m, and the cantilever length is 33.6m. Huge trusses covered with corrugated plates were utilized to control the torsion effect caused by the opening with the area of 40m×36m in steel truss system. According to the mechanical features of the roof structure, the stepwise unloading with six partitions method was put forward and health monitoring was conducted. The stresses on axis T, X,B1 and F1 in cantilever truss and axis 10,11 in long-span truss were monitored by vibrational chord strain gauge. The comparison between the results from the finite-element analysis MIDAS and the monitoring was satisfactory, which validated the safe unloading construction and the torsion resistant effect of the truss with corrugated plates.
