摘要
通过搭建1~4 GHz宽频率微波实验台,测定了6种煤的微波功率衰减对煤质水分变化的响应特性.结果表明:采用微波功率衰减法测量煤质水分时,在频率≥3.5 GHz下,煤的含水量变化与微波衰减近似为二次曲线关系,并且随着频率升高,拟合精度相差不大;选择较低的频率可以测量较大含水量和较厚的煤样,实际应用中可根据需要选取合适的频率.
A microwave instrument was designed to determine the moisture content in coal with a wide emission frequency ranging from 1 to 4 GHz.The response character of microwave power attenuation to moisture content in six kinds of coal showed that when the frequency was larger than 3.5 GHz,the response curve of microwave power attenuation to moisture content could be described as conic equation.As the frequency increases,the fitting precision trends to be closer.However,a relative low frequency can be more capable of determining coal with large moisture content and thickness.In real-world usage,we can select the optimal frequency according to requirements.
