摘要
依据GB/T212-2001提出一种可以提高煤(焦)质检测速度的煤质分析仪加热炉设计,对该加热炉进行了温度场分析,并通过ANSYS软件进行了模拟.通过分析的结果认为这种加热炉的设计满足快速检测的要求,为煤(焦)质快速分析仪的研制提供了理论指导.
A new design of healer for coal analytical instrument was predated based on GB/T 212-2001 .Temperalure field of this heater was analysed. And the field was simulated by ANSYS software . The results show that this healer design is fulfilled for quick test, and gives theories for manufacture of the coal analytical instrument.
