摘要
基于有限元软件ABAQUS中的热辐射计算模块,精确模拟陶瓷烧结过程中的温度场动态变化规律,分析加热温度、加热速度以及隔热套筒位置对陶瓷烧结温度的影响,为陶瓷材料烧结中的温度控制提供重要依据。
Based on the heat radiation calculation module of the finite element software ABAQUS, the dynamic changing of the temperature field in ceramic sintering process is precisely simulated, and the influence of heating temperature, heating speed, and the location of the ceramic insulation sleeve are analyzed in order to find the important basis of the temperature control for ceramic sintering.
