常规实验操作对啮齿类动物应激系统的影响 被引量:1

摘要 已经证实,常规实验操作,如抓取、灌胃、麻醉、采血、束缚、搬运等,会引起实验动物的应激反应,导致与应激有关的生理指标发生显著的变化,这在一定程度上对实验结果产生干扰.因此明确常规实验操作对实验动物的具体影响尤为重要.但由于这些操作的普遍性,这种影响常常被研究者所忽视.本文分别从以上方面对啮齿类动物应激系统的影响进行综述. The routine experimental operations,such as handling,orogastric gavage,anaesthesia,blood collection,restrict,transport,etc.can induce stress in animals.The operations impact on some parameters correlated with stress and metabolic,which have a probable influence on experiment results.However,the impacts are usually ignored by researchers due to the pervasiveness of the operations.This article described the impacts respectively.
