摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低长期医嘱备药差错件数中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,制定计划,对病区长期医嘱备药的现状进行查检和解析,设定目标,针对要因拟定对策并实施,按PDCA循环进行检讨和改进。结果:长期医嘱备药差错件数由活动前的每周17.75件下降至活动后的每周3.80件,目标达成率为108.81%,进步率为78.59%;圈员自评8个项目素质能力均正向成长。结论:开展品管圈活动能有效降低长期医嘱备药差错件数,提高工作效率,保证病人用药安全。
Objective： To explore the application effect of Quality Control Circle （QCC） in cutting down medicine preparation mistakes of standing orders. Methods： The QCC group was established. The group members made plans to examine and analyze the current situation of medicine preparation in the Hepatobiliary Surgery Department. After the goal was set up, members discussed the measures and implemented them according to the main causes. Finally, PDCA cycle was applied in check and improvement. Results： The average medicine preparation mistakes in long-term orders reduced from 17.75 to 3.80 cases after QCC activities every week. The target achieving rate was 108.81%, while the progressing rate was 78.59%. All of the 8 selfassessment items related to members＇ personal abilities increased positively. Conclusion： QCC was effective to decrease medicine preparation mistakes of standing orders. It could improve working efficiency and ensure medication safety for patients.
